The region is a step in the checkout, not an upsell afterward. Three packs are available:

Choose the pack that carries what you actually sit down to watch. If you need channels from more than one pack, say so before you pay rather than after the line is built.
Activation runs off a panel API, so the line is created the moment the payment clears. No agent has to wake up and press anything. The credentials go to the email address on the order. What those credentials look like, and which boxes and apps accept them, is set out on the devices page.
The number on this page is the number you pay. Per device is printed in the table instead of hidden under an asterisk. The charge is one-off, so nothing reappears on your statement next month, and there is no account you have to remember to cancel. 20,000+ channels and VOD sit behind all five terms, so the cheap plan and the long plan see the same content.

Both. 12 Months costs $55.00 and that covers one device for twelve months. A second device on the same term is another $55.00.
No. Billing is one-off. There is no recurring charge, no stored mandate, and nothing to cancel when the term runs out.
Prices are set in USD. The payment provider settles in EGP, so your bank may show the transaction as a foreign currency purchase and apply its own conversion.
Minutes. The activation panel creates the line as soon as the payment clears and the credentials go to the email address on the order.
Yes. It is simply two plans on one payment. Price scales with device count, so 3 Months for two devices is $50.00.
